The quality of Made in Italy and the attention to the life cycle of the product are at the core of our eyewear.
THE BEST MATERIALS
Each pair of glasses is created from a slab of bioacetate or real buffalo horn that is carefully crafted by artisans with decades of experience. The preliminary processing of the acetate requires, between the dozens of steps, at least a week of work for each frame.
SOLID CORE
Thanks to a gluing technique with acetone, the temples are assembled to allow the view of the decorated metal core encapsulated inside. Each metal component is made in Italy and serves to ensure greater stability to the glasses, as well as to maintain the correct fold for the best comfort feeling .
UNMISTAKABLE IDENTITY
Our metal logo is applied to each frame both on the front and on the temples with precision processing, unmistakable sign of Made in Italy.
MECHANICAL PRECISION
We use only the best hinges and special screws to ensure longer frame life and prevent annoying rod loosening, while also preventing any breakage caused by accidental bumps or bends.
MAXIMUM PROTECTION
We choose to use Bio-Nylon lenses, which guarantee total protection from UVA / UVB rays and a 30% weight reduction compared to the more common CR39 lenses.
LIMITED PRODUCTION
To guarantee our environmental commitment, each frame is numbered and punched by hand , so as to guarantee the uniqueness of each model and a limited and responsible production. Each new production involves the updating and revision of the design: in this way the old productions maintain their uniqueness and characteristics over time, obviously without affecting dimensions and the possibility of repair.
